Mohamed Salah scored two goals in the first half to help Egypt beat Tunisia 2-1 on Tuesday night, securing a place in the final of the African Nations Cup (CHAN) in Rabat.
Salah, who is also playing for Liverpool, was on target again after the break with his fourth goal of the tournament and the Egyptians have already booked their spot in the semi-finals.
The Egyptian team were down to ten men after Ahmed Fathi was sent off just before half-time for a second yellow card.
Tunisia fought back but Salah's late strike sealed the victory for the hosts.
Meanwhile, Algeria beat Guinea 4-1 in another quarter-final match.
In the other quarterfinals, South Africa defeated Morocco 3-1 and Senegal beat Sudan 2-1. The winners will meet each other in the semis.

Also, Madagascar beat Central African Republic 3-0 and Burkina Faso beat Ethiopia 3-1.
Madagascar went through in extra time after a 2-2 draw in normal time.
In the other games, Comoros beat Mauritius 2-1 and Lesotho beat Zambia 2-1.
This means that only four teams remain in the competition: Egypt, Algeria, Senegal and Ghana.
The winners of the final will face either Nigeria or Cameroon in the semis.
